CloudDeck provides remote cloud-device sessions: video/audio streaming and input control over the internet. Capacity, latency, and available regions may vary. Features may change as we improve the product.

Apps, accounts, and content you use inside a remote session are your responsibility. Platform brands mentioned in marketing (as descriptors) are owned by their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

Prices are shown in the store. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, per Apple / Google rules. Manage cancellations in your store account settings. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific latency, or that every region always has free capacity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudDeck and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for CloudDeck in the 3 months before the claim (or the minimum required by applicable law if higher).
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, CloudDeck và đơn vị vận hành không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hệ quả, hoặc mất dữ liệu/lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc dùng dịch vụ. Tổng trách nhiệm cho một khiếu nại giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã trả cho CloudDeck trong 3 tháng trước khiếu nại (hoặc mức tối thiểu theo luật nếu cao hơn).
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
