CloudDeck in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment methods, invoices, and primary refund requests are handled by those stores.

Mua trong ứng dụng và đăng ký CloudDeck được xử lý bởi Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Phương thức thanh toán, hóa đơn và yêu cầu hoàn tiền chính do các store đó xử lý.

If a purchase failed to unlock entitlement due to a CloudDeck technical issue (not user misuse), contact us with: platform (iOS/Android), approximate purchase time, product name, and order/transaction ID from the store receipt. We may restore entitlement or help escalate a store refund when appropriate. We cannot force Apple/Google to refund.

• Play minutes / VIP time already consumed or largely used.

• Buyer’s remorse after a successful unlock.

• Network quality, device capacity shortages, or region limits disclosed as variable.

• Violations of the Terms of Service.

• Free rewarded-ad minutes (not a paid purchase).
• Phút miễn phí từ quảng cáo thưởng (không phải mua trả phí).

Cancel anytime in Apple Settings or Google Play to stop future renewals. Cancellation usually does not refund the current paid period unless required by store policy or law.

Hủy bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt Apple hoặc Google Play để dừng gia hạn sau này. Việc hủy thường không hoàn kỳ đã thanh toán, trừ khi store hoặc pháp luật yêu cầu.
