CloudDeck (“App”, “we”, “us”) provides a remote cloud-device console. Users can rent a remote phone session, stream video/audio with low latency, and control the device from Android or iOS clients.

CloudDeck (“Ứng dụng”, “chúng tôi”) cung cấp bảng điều khiển máy từ xa trên cloud. Người dùng có thể thuê phiên điện thoại từ xa, stream video/audio độ trễ thấp và điều khiển từ ứng dụng Android hoặc iOS.

• Account / device identifiers — anonymous or account IDs used to restore entitlement, sessions, and purchases.
• Định danh tài khoản / thiết bị — ID ẩn danh hoặc tài khoản để khôi phục quyền chơi, phiên và giao dịch.
• Session & technical logs — connection status, worker assignment, latency/FPS diagnostics, crash or error logs needed to operate the service.
• Nhật ký phiên & kỹ thuật — trạng thái kết nối, gán worker, chẩn đoán độ trễ/FPS, log lỗi cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ.
• Purchase records — product IDs, transaction tokens, and entitlement state from Apple App Store / Google Play (we do not receive your full payment card number).
• Hồ sơ mua hàng — mã sản phẩm, token giao dịch và trạng thái quyền từ App Store / Google Play (chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ đầy đủ).
• Advertising data — if you use the free tier, ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob) may collect advertising IDs and interaction data under their policies. On iOS this may involve App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
• Dữ liệu quảng cáo — nếu dùng bản miễn phí, mạng quảng cáo (ví dụ Google AdMob) có thể thu thập advertising ID và tương tác theo chính sách của họ. Trên iOS có thể liên quan ATT.
• Remote session content — the remote device screen/audio you control is streamed to your client for the session. We do not use session content for advertising profiles.

• Provide, secure, and improve CloudDeck (session routing, reconnect, abuse prevention).

• Deliver free play minutes, VIP / play-time packs, and restore purchases.
• Cấp phút chơi miễn phí, gói VIP / giờ chơi và khôi phục mua hàng.
• Show ads to free users and measure basic ad performance via third-party SDKs.
• Hiển thị quảng cáo cho người dùng miễn phí và đo hiệu quả cơ bản qua SDK bên thứ ba.
• Comply with store policies, law, and respond to support or security incidents.
• Tuân thủ chính sách store, pháp luật và xử lý hỗ trợ / sự cố bảo mật.

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Infrastructure / hosting providers processing session and API traffic.

• Apple / Google for in-app purchases and subscription status.

• Ad partners (e.g. Google Mobile Ads) for free-tier ads — see Google Privacy Policy.

• Authorities when required by law or to protect users and the service.

We keep entitlement, purchase, and operational logs only as long as needed for the service, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Chúng tôi giữ hồ sơ quyền chơi, mua hàng và log vận hành trong thời gian cần thiết cho dịch vụ, kế toán, giải quyết tranh chấp và nghĩa vụ pháp lý, sau đó xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa.

We use TLS for gateway traffic and encrypted WebRTC media where supported. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please avoid storing highly sensitive personal data on rented sessions.

CloudDeck is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

• Request access/deletion of account-linked data by contacting us (subject to legal retention).
